5. Fees and Payment

Some Service features require a paid subscription. Fees are detailed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Fees exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for. Subscriptions are billed upfront monthly or annually. Refunds are at our discretion within 14 days of initial charge for new subscribers only.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the platform's source code.
• Employ automated scripts to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.
• Disrupt or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or underlying infrastructure.
• Engage in market manipulation, front-running, or any activity breaching financial regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

NELLA MASSIMA MISURA CONSENTITA DALLA LEGGE, Arawa Fundex NON SARÀ RESPONSABILE PER DANNI INDIRETTI, INCIDENTALI, SPECIALI, CONSEQUENZIALI O PUNITIVI, INCLUSI PERDITA DI PROFITTI, DATI, OPERAZIONI O INTERRUZIONE DELL’ATTIVITÀ, DERIVANTI DALL’USO DEL SERVIZIO, ANCHE SE AVVISATO DEL RISCHIO. LA NOSTRA RESPONSABILITÀ COMPLESSIVA NON SUPERERÀ L’IMPORTO PAGATO A Arawa Fundex NEI 12 MESI PRECEDENTI LA RICHIESTA.

10. Indemnification

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be initially resolved through binding arbitration in Auckland according to the rules of the New Zealand Arbitration Centre. Users in the EU or UK may also bring claims before their local courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of significant changes via email or platform banner. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of updated Terms.
